Great Pet Insurance!
This is the first time I have had pet insurance. I got it since I knew that I would pay anything for my pets if needed and I would rather be safe than loose a ton of money. Healthy paws allows me to pay a low fee every month ($20) to cover any accidents or injuries and they have stood by their word. I wasn't sure what to expect but after my kitten hurt her knee they refunded me exactly what I had signed up for in a very fast manner. I am very happy with their service and I will be adding future pets to this insurance and also recommending my friends.

I was very impressed how quickly I was reimbursed for my cat Lucky preventative care.I just adopted a 9 week old kitten added him to Lucky policy. The representative was efficient answered all my questions and Indiana (after Indiana Jones) was enrolled in a matter of a few minutes.I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner who cares about the health and welfare of their pet.

Thank goodness for Embrace!
After researching many pet insurance companies, I bought an Embrace policy on our two-year-old golden retriever last September. She was wild and crazy, and I could imagine a torn ACL or similar injury brought about by her running, leaping, and wrestling with her friends. Little did I know then that, within just a few months, those play dates would start leaving her in pain and barely able to walk afterward. A referral to a neurologist and many expensive tests later, an MRI uncovered abnormalities in her spine that were causing pain and stiffness, and that would cause irreparable damage had we not modified her lifestyle. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Embrace. Our policy has paid 80% of all covered treatments and tests including the expensive MRI, and, in every case, I've received our check in less than two weeks. What a good feeling it is not to have that nagging worry about how much it's going to cost to give our girl the veterinary care she needs!

Thor my Sammie suffered a seizure. Submitted my claim on June 26 and was processed and closed on July 1, my reimbursement should be in my account in a few days. Embrace Pet Insurance is amazing with the speed they handled this claim. Thank you!!!

First time use and couldn't be happier!!
Our 5 month old baby French Bulldog Henry wasn't keeping any food down and losing weight rapidly. Within one week we racked up $1900 in vet bills between x-rays, blood work, ultrasound etc. To our dismay, it was only a food allergy and a double ear infection, but Healthy Paws asked no questions and within 10 business days we were cut a check for almost $1300!!! (Less our $100 deductible, 3 office visits and a RX food he was given) It gave us such a piece of mind that we would be reimbursed most of the out of pocket costs and that our baby who means the world to us will always have top notch medical care. Not only were they wonderful with the reimbursement process, I had made several phone calls during because this was my first claim and I wanted to make sure everything was received and they had all they needed. The customer service I experienced before, during and even after was the best I have ever seen. If only all companies had the same customer service as Healthy Paws, the world would be a much better place!

Hidden copay
I like the insurance and the ease of filing claims and the prompt attention, But I have the coverage of 100.00 deductable 80% repayment. BUT was not aware of the copay also which took away from my claim.

Highly Recommended!
I got Embrace when I got my first Brussels Griffon as a puppy. She developed some anal gland problems and Embrace never flinched. They even pre-certified her for surgery, but luckily, she never needed it. No question about getting Embrace for my next two Griffs. My first Griff, at seven, has a small mass on her side that the vet recommends we remove and biopsy. I just received the precertification for the full amount, and I received it within 24 hours of sending it to Embrace. Great customer service and they cover everything the Illness and Accident package said they would cover. Nice:)

Fast, Helpful, and Personal Service
We feel so lucky that we took the leap and decided to get pet insurance for our rescue beagle, Jim. Other friends had had mixed experiences, and some told us that they didn't think it was worth it. We are two pretty cautious people so we decided to take the leap, just in case something happened. When Jim came down with some mysterious bumps that required a lot of bloodwork, biopsies, cultures, etc. we were facing huge medical bills. I think it's only then that you can appreciate the value of having a pet insurance that is comprehensive, FAST, and personal. I can't begin to describe what a relief it is to have someone reviewing this series of claims within days of submitting them and having the reimbursement come so quickly. In addition, we get occasional emails asking how he's doing and it really makes me feel like they care about more than the bottom line. If anyone out there is reading this and wondering whether pet insurance is worth it: yes. And if anyone is wondering whether Healthy Paws is the right choice: yes!I would recommend this to any friend or family who asked!
