EXCELLENT SERVICE
I rescued a much older dog three months ago. When I picked him up from the rescue, he had no known health issues or pre-existing conditions other than bad joints. That said, within one week of having him, we were at the ER and then vet for a tick borne illness that has taken us months to treat. He also has a weak stomach lining but to get to the bottom of both of those issues, we had numerous vet visits and costs associated with it. Trupanion was offered to me the day I rescued my dog and to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect of it. I am so grateful they approached me from day one and that I had it when I did. It has saved me a lot financially but a lot more importantly, has put me at ease about finding him the best care. lastly, their customer service is excellent. They always pick up the phone, answer my questions quickly and confidently and they respond back to your claims within one week.

Trupanion is great!
My dog has a very sensitive stomach and digestive issues. Trupanion has been great. Filing a claim is easy, they are very quick to respond and they are worth the premium. I recommend them to anyone.

In addition, the cancer had spread to the bone so there was a chance that the cancer had an opportunity to spread throughout the rest of his body. We started out by getting the amputation and then a series of x-rays and cancer treatment. Not only was the submission of the insurance claim with Trupanion easy, we were reimbursed in a short time and we even received emails from Trupanion checking in to make sure our dog was doing ok. Every person that I know who has an animal I will be telling to use Trupanion and I am forever greatful to them and how simple they made the process during such a difficult time.

Couldn't be any happier with any insurance company. Have submitted only 3 claims or so in the last 5 years, but each one was processed in less than a week! support is excellent, website is easy to use, and submitting claims is simple.

This company will collect your money until something happens to your pet.Then they will start asking you for all kind of papers you don't even know where to find them.And after the month or so they will refuse to pay your premium without the reasonable explanation.I hope some day someone will take them to the court for scamming people on the massive scale.

The BEST Pet Insurance Period!
After 3 months of intensive research, I selected Healthy Paws insurance and purchased their BEST plan for my Savanna Pup. Just this year we have had 4 claims, the latest being this week with a Bladder stone the size of a QUARTER being surgically removed from my 40 pound sweet Girl. This was a Life SAVING procedure! A few years ago, my Dog Jasper needed surgery that would have cost in the thousands and at that time...I could not afford this. I lost Jasper within a week! When I found out Savanna needed this immediate surgery, I did not even have to ask the cost! All because I have Healthy Paws Insurance, I cannot believe I have not had their insurance for many years! Their claim review and turn-around time is OUTSTANDING! For me, less than 4 days on each occurrence! The Staff is so caring and excellent, they even emailed me prayers and best-wishes pre-surgery! PLEASE...if you love your Pet and wish for them to be healthy and happy and with you for years...choose Healthy Paws. I only have one request, I wish Healthy Paws would take over our National Health Care...you could call it "Healthy-People". Thank you Healthy Paws!
