Top quality coverage and reimbursement
Our dog, Oliver, stopped eating about a month ago. A battery of tests; including x-rays, an ultrasound, and blood panels have proven inconclusive: We are reluctant to Scope his stomach in his fragile state. Our Veterinarian has prescribed a low-dose trial of Prednisone to stimulate his appetite and, hopefully,"turn off" any auto-immune response he may be having. Oliver's condition is guarded, as he still isn't eating consistently (scary, as he is an 8.5 pound dog). Healthy Paws insurance has been one bright spot in all of this. Despite the expense involved, Healthy Paws has funded much of the cost (we are on a 90% reimbursement plan after office visit fees and a $100 yearly deductible)and this coverage has saved us thousands of dollars. We feel so fortunate to have this insurance company by our side: They processed our claims within a week and even checked up on Oliver's condition via email asking us to give him a big hug from them - in this day and age, who does that??? :) I truly feel Healthy Paws could teach the big human health companies a thing or two about coverage and customer service! You may want to Google the June 2014 Los Angeles Times article comparing Pet Insurance coverage: In summary, Healthy Paws rated #1 and the review was so glowing that the reporter even disclosed that he signed his dog up for coverage. This is the best insurance my dog (and my family) have ever been involved in.

Peace of Mind
My 13 yr old Rottweiler had a growth beneath her eye that needed to be removed. The surgery went well. The claim form was easy to fill out/submit and the refund was in my account in a very short time. Having insurance for your pet whether they are old or young will give you peace of mind that you can take care of your "family member" in an emergency as well as elective care. Wouldn't be without it!

Embrace constantly surprises me with their attention to detail, personal customer service and vast competence. They are consistently reliable and I always receive reimbursement checks much faster than expected. I tell everyone I know how wonderful Embrace is. Helpful and Quick
We've had ASPCA insurance for 4 years. I wish we had it when we first got Patches. We spent $5,000-6,000 on emergency visits in that first year. Since then we've filed the normal claims for sickness, but the greatest help comes when he hurts himself. ASPCA is quick to evaluate claims and send the check. We are very pleased with the coverage and service. I know we'll continue to need it as our little guy gets older.

Amazing Company...Amazing Service!
I have my 3 dogs covered with Healthy Paws, but had never filed a claim. Last month, my Yorkie tore his ACL in his hind leg and the Vet told me he needed surgery. As soon as the surgery was completed, I filed my claim with Healthy Paws. They immediately confirmed they had received my claim and they kept me apprised of the progress. There were no problems at all, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. The surgery totaled over $1,300.00 and I thought it would take months before I saw any of that money back. Then, approximately ten days after I filed the claim, I received the reimbursement check! I could not believe how quickly I received the check! They even followed up with me several days later to find out how Teddy was doing. I've had my dogs insured with other companies in the past, but I've never had this kind of excellent service from any insurance company. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a trustworthy company and they really care about animals...it shows in the way they do business. I am beyond thrilled that my dogs are protected with them and I will never change to another company. If you are looking to insure your pets, you will not be able to find a better company than Healthy Paws..I highly recommend them.

Embrace service has always been prompt and responsive. Claims staff have answered my email questions within 24 hours and are always polite. This is our first pet and our first experience with pet insurance. We're glad to know that he is in good hands. So far, so good!

Great Customer service
I have three cats now and all are on the Accident, illnes plan. I have had two cats in the past that were on it as well. I have always had great service and quick claim turn around. Everything is explained well and good coverage.
