Pleased with the insurance!
I have two kitties insured through ASPCA pet insurance and I could not be happier. We have had to make three claims for one of our cats and each time ASPCA has made the process efficient and easy. We have always received a sizable return for our expenses and the claims are always followed by a check-up call from an ASPCA agent, to make sure he is doing better and to ensure we are satisfied with their service. I always recommend to my pet parent friends that they get ASPCA pet insurance because it has been a huge financial lifesaver in emergency situations. As our cats age, I have no doubts we will up our insurance to a higher level with more coverage, just because ASPCA has been so wonderful. Their customer service team is always polite and I love hearing a dog bark in the background while I'm on the phone with them - you are working with animal lovers when you're working with ASPCA!

Submitted Wellness claim for my dog after spay surgery with vet. The claim was handled promptly and my payment deposited as promised. Of course the bill was higher than the claim, but I did go with the vet instead of an animal welfare group, which was my choice. So far so good with Embrace but I haven't used it for anything except for the Wellness benefit which is an extra monthly cost.

EXCELLENT PET INSURANCE!!!
We've been Healthy Paws Insurance clients for over 3 years. Our three dogs are all insured. We have nothing but positive experience with this company! I've done extensive research of all pet insurances before signing up with them. They're definitely offering much better coverage than other companies often promoted by veterinarian offices. Our claims are ALWAYS processed within two hours(!!!) after submitting via email. The customer service staff is pleasant and helpful. We never had any issues whatsoever. We'd highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to all pet parents who care deeply about their furry kids!!!

My dog got very sick and we were facing quite severe vet bills, and upon realizing we couldn't afford it on our own, we call up trupanion and they said they would pay for it all upfront, saving our wallets and our dog's life. Gastritis vomiting for a month
It took three hospital stays, and one surgery to get our small poodle mix well. Embrace was with us all of the way. Our claims were acknowledged and paid promptly. When I did have questions the were answered immediately. This is our second year with Embrace. We have over 300 dogs in the retirement community we live in, and I tell all the dog people I meet on our walks how great the service is. Our veterinarian was also very impressed.

very very satisfied!!! the staff at healthy paws really care about your pet family member. their main concern is getting your pet back to health .the communication is wonderful. the turnover on a claim is incredibly fast. We have 2 German shepherds our older male is with another well known pet insurance company which service is nowhere near as good healthy paws. I truly wanted to thank the whole staff and health paws for their support...THANK YOU !!!!
