Amazing Company...Amazing Service!
I have my 3 dogs covered with Healthy Paws, but had never filed a claim. Last month, my Yorkie tore his ACL in his hind leg and the Vet told me he needed surgery. As soon as the surgery was completed, I filed my claim with Healthy Paws. They immediately confirmed they had received my claim and they kept me apprised of the progress. There were no problems at all, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. The surgery totaled over $1,300.00 and I thought it would take months before I saw any of that money back. Then, approximately ten days after I filed the claim, I received the reimbursement check! I could not believe how quickly I received the check! They even followed up with me several days later to find out how Teddy was doing. I've had my dogs insured with other companies in the past, but I've never had this kind of excellent service from any insurance company. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a trustworthy company and they really care about animals...it shows in the way they do business. I am beyond thrilled that my dogs are protected with them and I will never change to another company. If you are looking to insure your pets, you will not be able to find a better company than Healthy Paws..I highly recommend them.

Responsive and quality service
Embrace service has always been prompt and responsive. Claims staff have answered my email questions within 24 hours and are always polite. This is our first pet and our first experience with pet insurance. We're glad to know that he is in good hands. So far, so good!

Great Customer service
I have three cats now and all are on the Accident, illnes plan. I have had two cats in the past that were on it as well. I have always had great service and quick claim turn around. Everything is explained well and good coverage.

Very impressed!
I couldn't believe my claims (the first I ever submitted) were processed so quickly. I had our dog neutered & a Lyme vaccine within 6 weeks of each other. No questions asked when I simply faxed the claim form I filled out with the vet's receipts. They even sent me emails telling me when it was receive & was being processed & then I got the check in about a week. I got an email today making sure I got it! The only other company I get service like this is LL Bean!!

Wellness Dollars
The Wellness dollars come in handy. I suppose the amount I pay extra for them equals the $200 reimbursement or very close to it, however it is handy having it there to0 claim back some $s to go for other doggies expenses.

New and very Pleased
I'm new to Embrace (within the year) and was skeptical at first. I left AKC due to their enormous price hikes. What I found was a nice and extremely helpful staff. Then, when my newfie had a problem, the staff assisted me and the coverage has been exactly as advertised. I'm pleasantly pleased and will be remaining here for a long time to come.

I am so pleased, no hassels your pet is first
I am so pleased with Embrace. My golden retriever got a very serious eye infection. Kiva was one year old and she needed immediate specialized treatment. Without Embrace standing behind my policy, I don't know how I would have paid for all the specialized treatment she needed. My Kiva would not be the same dog without Embrace.

great company, fast and easy claims service
I used to have VPI and heard about Pet's Best superior payments on a Sirius Radio/Martha Stewart Living show, so decided to switch and I couldn't be happier. Pet's Best seems to pay about 40-50% of the vet bills, much higher than other companies I'm aware of. I signed up my Rhodesian Ridgeback when he was about two or three, and the premium has only moved up slightly in eight years, and is now about $200 a year. Some years we've only done his $100 annual exam, but it has really paid off during the years when there's an incident. Over the last eighteen months, my dog had several mishaps: a bad spider bite and a hygroma following, a trip on the stairs, and he needed some age-related joint care. Pet's Best has paid over $3000 of the bills, nearly half, so it's really paid off. This isn't one of those insurance companies that punish you for using your insurance. My vet keeps my signature on file and files all the claims; the check usually arrives in about a week. In my opinion, this is the best pet insurance out there.

Outstanding - again
Our 5 year old lab mix just underwent her second ACL surgery in just over a year. Both times Healthy Paws were nothing but amazing. In the recent operation, we scanned and uploaded the surgery bill to the website, and received a check in about 4 days. Truly outstanding.
