I filed for pre-certification in order to be aware of the cost of the procedure, I might as well have sat on my ass and not done anything because the explanation of benefits is bull. They write part of the instructions in the email and part in the Explanation of Benefits, so when you try to contest because the refund you received was not correct, they have the right to say, "Well we did inform you of everything in the e-mail". I feel robbed. I have been a customer for over 3 years and I cannot believe that this is how customers are treated. I have recommended Embrace for years to family and friends and even to the Vet because I was so happy with their service. After my awful experience I will not be doing so again.

Caring representatives, quick reimbursement
This is my first year and first two claims with Healthy Paws. Not only were the claims processed and reimbursements sent within a few days but a representative followed up to see how my pet is recovering from his tummy issues. I couldn't be happier that I switched my pup to this company.

Goliath was vomiting with bloody diarrhea on a Sunday. Really sick. After a night on iv at an emergency pet hospital, he was much better and now is fine. Healthy Paws paid every penny according to the policy. It saved me $931 and I was impressed by the the professional and caring HP staff. Thanks for making it easy and not acting like an insurance company for humans!

I've had such excellent service with Pets Best regarding my cat Tom-Tom and my adorable little french bulldog, Misha. The claims department is very fast and informative. I recommend having Pets Best deposit your reimbursements directly into your checking account--they usually come in two days that way! My veterinarian recommended Best Pets to me and I am glad I chose them. Thanks Pets Best, you are great!

Terrible Service
With every claim that we have made, there has been some issue with the invoice or information that we have provided to Embrace. On every occasion, we have had to resend the same information to them several times. In one instance, they repeatedly requested health history for a period that was before my dog was born. I picked Embrace because of positive ratings on this site. They have utterly failed to live up to my expectations. My dog has been insured with them since the day that we got her (I actually began paying for the policy before we got her). I would not recommend this company!
