I am so impressed with the level of service and care that is provided by Healthy Paws. Recently, my furbaby was bitten by another dog - the vet bill was close to $700. All i had to do was snap a picture and upload the paperwork via the app and next thing I know I am getting an email telling me what is covered! Its so fast and easy. But what really impressed me was the personal touch of following up on the recovery of my little guy Rocco! An email goes a long way!

New puppy picked up and took off playing "keep away" from her dog siblings a huge rock and then boom it was gone, terrified me! Rushed her to the ER Vet and sure enough it was in her tummy. Too large to pass on its own and too large to risk having her throw it up; we had to opt for surgery with a scope. It was a long and difficult procedure but they got it out! This is the first dog I've ever insured; I'll never get another pup without insuring them now and have added my other saint to Embrace! I've heard from other giant dog owners that Embrace is the best for possible hereditary issues with these big guys and gals (plus the USAA discount is great). We are super impressed and have been telling everyone we know to go with Embrace for their dogs!

I have been very relieved to have Trupanion in our corner. Our fur son has a condition where he produces bladder stones and has intermittent seizures even while we closely monitor his diet. All I can say is that Trupanion and his Vet have saved the day more than a few times. I was skeptical about pet insurance and talked into it by a friend. Kudos to my friend and Trupanion! P.s...the speed for paying claims has gotten much better!

Love Embrace
We have tried several other companies before coming to Embrace. We find their monthly payments to be very reasonable and our reimbursements for our costs have been quick and fair. They always explain what they paid and what wasn't paid and why. Their customer service is amazing and yes, I have used it more than once. They are quick to assist and help solve any issues that you may have. Everyone I have emailed or spoken to has been pleasant and caring and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Embrace and are so glad we switched to them several years ago.

Outstanding ~ Best money I could have spent
My dog had some type of eye infection, cut or skin irritation on his paw and then we thought he ate something, but it was some type of flu. I contacted customer service and the girl was so helpful and told me what to do. I highly recommend this company. Fast review of claims and direct deposit in my account.

I never had a dog with so many problems. Some things were not covered by pets best but I knew that from their policy explanations.(luxating patella surgery during first year) Those things that our policy did cover were paid in a very timely manner. Our little Boston terrier has bad allergies and chronic vomiting in the morning. I was so relieved that blood tests to rule out some causes was covered. How can I ever thank you guys. Trouser is the best behaved dog we ever had with the most health problems. thank you for helping us afford finding what is wrong with him. We are currently trying a different diet and 1/2 25mg. benadryl daily to see if helps. Linda Eisele and Trouser

The only insurance worth paying for
This is my third or fourth review I have written for Embrace. I love them that much. I can't even tell you how grateful I am that I do not have to worry about costs when I take my cat to the vet. The math is simple--I pay copay plus 80% of the total cost (at least with my plan). I have definitely spent more than I have ever paid them. The tiny amount of $23/month is so worth it. Get Embrace for your pet now!!

Embrace has saved our dogs eyesight
Our 8 year old Diabetic Lab lost his eyesight in 2 weeks and we found a Vet Opthamologist that put new lenses in Hunters eyes. He has 100% of his eyesight back and Embrace paid 80% of his surgery which was not cheap. We have our old ball loving dog back thanks to Embrace.
