Great Insurance for Great Danes
I have been with Pets Best for many years and have never had an issue. This company is amazing and I would not even dream about having Great Danes and not having this insurance. Pets Best makes it possible for us to enjoy the breed of dog we like without worrying financially about our vet visits.

Worth Every Penny!!!!!
This insurance company is better than my own health insurance. Our English Mastiff has been battling Valley Fever, which is quite costly. I have had EVERY claim reimbursed, no questions asked, in a timely manner. I cannot express to you how great this company is. I would not have been able to continue treatment for my Mastiff without it. Very Grateful!

Absolutely the best pet insurance!
I cannot say enough great things about Embrace Pet Insurance. My dog Twinkie has been ill for several years with multiple issues and Embrace has always provided excellent service for her needs. Twinkie recently lost her battle with kidney failure and it's complications, which was devastating. Twinkie's claim was processed quickly and an Embrace representative contacted me to offer condolences, which was incredibly touching. I actually maxed out my policy refund this year. This year alone Embrace paid out $10,000 towards my Twinkie. Embrace paid that amount, plus the multiple thousands of dollars over past years, with never a delay in claim processing or any major problems with claims which is amazing. The customer service is always great, and they were so compassionate in the end which really showed me they went above and beyond. Embrace allowed me to give her the best quality of life for seven wonderful years. I will definitely take out a policy with them with future pets. Embrace is without a doubt the best pet insurance company out there.

Wonderful dependable service.
All paperwork was handled with great ease. My Vet just faxes Embrace with all that is needed. My little guy, Louie was regurgitating his food and I had no hesitation in taking him to my Vet. I knew that I need not worry about Embrace taking care of this claim.. They have done so in very quick order! I highly recommend Embrace for all pet owners.

While I understand Pet Insurance is a business - PetsBest has been nothing short of wonderful when it comes to Nittany's health. Sadly, she has Epilepsy that requires constant care but she is nonetheless a loved member of our family. Healthy Paws was there for us!
We were out of town during Memorial Day weekend when Gizmo ate a piece of diet gum containing xylitol. This required an overnight stay in an emergency pet hospital, extensive tests and treatments and follow-up work once we returned home. Healthy Paws walked us through the paperwork, stayed in constant communication in regards to the information they needed and answered every question we had. Not only that, they inquired as to Gizmo's well-being many times during the process. Payment was faster than we'd expected. We are extremely pleased with our experience.
