Our 7 month old puppy suffered from a kidney infection. There were no other symptoms so it was not easy to diagnose. Thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, I didn't have to worry about any testing that he needed. After 6 weeks on an antibiotic is is totally fine! Thank you Healthy Paws for the quick claim and quick reimbursement.

Never would have imagined . . .
We adopted Paisley at 7 months of age this past December. Did not want to make the commitment to insurance. What could go wrong? Paisley dined on a "Hand Warmer". Small white packet containing particles of Iron. Iron Poisoning can be life threatening. She spent three days in the hospital where she was flushed out from both ends. The end result was she never developed the poisoning and we had a $2,300 bill to deal with. Trupanion covered everything they said they would. Our out of pocket costs was somewhere around $400.

Excellent caring service
Buddy became ill with diarrhea, then 2days later it became bloody, so off to the vet. Diagnosis was pancreatitis, and he spent the next two days as a day pt, for fluids, medications, and further testing. After that home with antibiotics. Doing fine now, back to his old feisty self. Very happy with the claim handling by Healthy Paws, as well as their concern for my pet's well being.

My leonberger has had frequent visits to his vet for loose bowel movements. He was recommended to an internal specialist. He was diagnosed with chronic irritable bowel syndrome which can be lifelong. I submitted the $1,800.00 bill to Embrace and within a one week, they notified me that I would be reimbursed $1,400.00. The initial cost was surprising, as was the prompt refund that I received from Embrace. I was very grateful for the reimbursement.

I was very hesitant when i submitted my claim assuming they would try and find a reason not to reimburse me, but within a couple days I recieved an email stating they were covering 90% of all treatments. I was very pleased and staff were always very nice to talk to when i phoned in.

Excellent Customer Service
Filing a claim is so easy and claim processing is prompt and efficient. I've recommended ASPCA to co-workers as well. It was so nice to receive follow up calls regarding my 2 feline children Abigail and Mia. Customer service conveys true concern and compassion.
