Healthy Paws - Happy Client
We signed up with Healthy Paws and my husband was not thrilled with us paying $64/month for something he did not believe in. In July we took our Boxer to O.S.U. for knee surgery. Healthy paws has a yearly deductible, not per incident deductible. They paid 80% of our expenses minus the deductible and $140 for xrays. So our $3,065 out of pocket was reduced to $975.00. Very happy with the speed of their responses and processing time and reimbursement. My husband is a believer now!

Excellent Processing of My Claim
When I applied for pet insurance, my doggie was very healthy.I just thought if I have insurance for me, why not for her. Thank goodness! She had a mysterious swelling that could not be identified without testing. She was treated by wonderful Vet and is her old playful self again. My claim was processed and paid very professionally.

Outstanding value and service!
After only one year of coverage, my Great Dane tore his ACL and needed a TPLO (the required "fix" for large dogs). He had a recurring infection while healing and needed Dane-sized doses of expensive antibiotics. He also needed the metal plate removed, when the bone healed, to prevent future infections. The total was over $12,000. Embrace covered the agreed 80% (including hydrotherapy which helped him heal more quickly)promptly and without question. The two companies I used in the past can't compare, and I recommend Embrace every chance I get. (In fact, I wish they had a referral bonus program, but at least I'm able to help other pet owners. :)

One of the Best Decisions We've Made
After our dog wound up in the ER for swallowing a foreign object, we purchased Pets Best Insurance the next day and are very glad we did! Since purchasing the insurance, our dog has been back to the ER several times, been spayed (with complications and another ER visit with x-rays), as well as the usual immunizations. Last week she ate chocolate and got sick. Pets Best paid their portion minus the copay every time. The peace of mind is wonderful. THANKS!!!

I love Embrace
Embrace is great. There are no secrets, everything is straightforward, timeframe for expected service is fair, and above all, they don't treat me like I'm stupid for having questions. I've called three times (Spay, Genital Smeats, Digestive indiscretion) now and every time they were able to explain to me everything I needed to know. Embrace will be my insurance carrier for my current puppy and any other eligible pet moving forward.

I wouldn't have any other pet insurance
Reggie was a very sick boy with a bad internal infection of some sort,and ended up having to see 3 different Vets to figure out exactly what was wrong with him. Being this was my first claim It was a challenge for me to get the the correct documentation needed to settle the claim. Throughout the entire process,every person that I came in contact with at Healthy Paws was friendly and helpful. The end result was that the claim was settled quickly and efficiently and the check was in the mail. I would highly recommend this company for your pet family!

Super easy submission process
I had to take my shih tzu to the vet to check on her leg because she was limping. Trupanion has a very easy 1 page submission process. I was shocked to see that I received my payment, in my mail box, less than 7 days after the visit to the vet. Thank you! This is a great company. When you call you can tell the people working there love pets (and often even have them at work with them). Very easy to deal with!!
