Truepanion is like BlueCross for your furry family member. Claim submission is a snap (your vet office can do it for you just like your physicians office), email alerts from receipt to following up on reimbursement and your pet status, and great coverage. I'm lucky to have found Truepanion .

The folks at Trupanion have been nothing but helpful and courteous when I have to submit a claim. They do a thorough check of your pet's medical history to be sure there are no pre-existing conditions. Once that process is completed, they are a great company to deal with. Highly recommended, get it while your pet is young and the monthly payments will stay the same (unless everyone's rates go up).

Our little Winnie broke her leg while at the kennel and it was truly one of the hardest things to see our dog go through. I called Trupanion and asked what I needed to complete this claim and was directed to what forms and other documents they needed.
