My puppy developed a heart murmur when she was 7 months old and needed an echocardiogram with Veterinarian specialist in cardiology. The Trupanion team was very helpful. I took a picture of the Vet bill filled out a quick claim form and was paid back into my account within a few weeks.

I am happy with most of the claims.
I am happy with most of the claims. I would have been a little happier if that could be included like it is with my FIGO premium with another cat.
My daughter was actually looking for insurance recently for her son's dog and I gave her Trupanion and Figo and they decided to go with the other just because it also had vet options and was about $10 less per month and some options included were as it would be extra with Trupanion.
