Healthy Paws 10/10 EXCELLENT!!
This is the second time this year, our terrior Ralph had surgery, first for a hernia repair and just a week ago for patellar subluxation repair. I am so pleased with Healthy Paws. After I file the claim, I got the check within a week. I have the $250 deductible and pay 20% and it works out very well. I love the personal touch I get from their nice emails checking on my pup. I believe they truly care! I was told they all used to work in a Veterinary office, but when working for Healthy Paws they have no contact with the animals and miss it. So I send pictures of my babies to them and they are very happy to get them. I would recommend them to anyone, and I do to my friends. I'm very happy with them!

My dog Katy had a procedure to do a root canal. Post surgery - claim was submitted and I was reimbursed the 80% in approximately 3 weeks. Fantastic! What I love about Healthy Paws besides being reimbursed in a timely manner is their accessibility, caring and helpful over the phone and I experienced wonderful communication with them. Their emails of concern over our Katy was so appreciated. I feel the representatives of Healthy Paws definitely strives to go over that %100 of effort. Adopted a lab mix three months ago and this insurance has been great! Speedy claims process and good reimbursement! We even have a few pre existing conditions but I think they are being very fair about!

AMAZING, and unexpected...
I wasn't imagining that pet insurance would cover so much, especially on a large bill that required x-rays, ultrasound, and an overnight stay at the vet on IV for my labrador retriever. It was a hefty, hefty bill, to say the least, and Embrace covered way more than I would have EVER expected. No hassle. Just submitted the claim through my vet, got an e-mail a couple days later that they were reviewing, then shortly after I got an e-mail with the amount they were covering, and very soon after that, a check was in my mailbox. I wish human insurance were like this!

Great and affordable coverage!!
I've used other insurance companies before for my pups and while they are good, healthy paws is the best!! Customer service is always friendly and knowledgable about whatever I'm calling for. They are straightforward about coverage. There are no surprises with what is and is not covered. My dog recently went into a major surgery to have his knee reconstructed due to an acl tear. While I was expected to pay the costs upfront, I knew exactly what my reimbursement for the surgery would be. With confidence that healthy paws would send the reimbursement quickly, I was able to use a credit card knowing that I would have the reimbursement check in my hard before I even got the credit card statement! I brag about healthy paws because when I tell people how great the insurance is they are amazed! Best part is... It's totally affordable and so worth the minimal money paid each month to have peace of mind my babies will be taken care of! You can also personalize coverage as far as yearly deductible and reimbursement rate to make it a few dollars cheaper or more expensive each month based on your needs. Thank you healthy paws for making this surgery possible because without you it wouldn't be happening anytime soon!!!

Great service and peace of mind!
I purchased insurance for my 8 year old Chihuahua, Cobe, from Healthy Paws last year after tons of great word-of-mouth reviews and endorsements. When I finally did have to use his coverage after a nasty dog attack, I was not disappointed. Everyone I emailed with was kind and had sweet things to say to Cobe in his recovery. They all made the process easier and took the worry away while I was carrying for my wounded pup. The check came quickly and they even cover his hydrotherapy! I also think it's great that the annual deductible is rolling rather than on a calendar year. Kudos to you Healthy Paws!

So glad I have Embrace
The smartest thing I ever did was to get Embrace insurance. We have used it multiple times and it has more than paid for itself. We were devastated to learn that our beloved Jack Russell had nasal cavity/sinus cancer. We would not have been able to pursue appropriate treatment for her if not for Embrace. They have come through so many times for us that I can only say, "Thank you" for doing what you promised to do.

Good Thing I had Pet Insurance!
My 11 year old pug ate a few boxes of raisins during a 3 hour period I wasn't home. I immediately took her to animal emergency where she spent 2 nights while they detoxed her. Then I remembered I had pet insurance so I called to see if this would be covered. The Healthy Paws service reps were great, very helpful and caring. They explained what I needed to do and followed up with me with the status of the claim. The reimbusement check will definitely help paying my credit card. Although I hope I never have to submit another claim, I'm happy I have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

George gives you 4 paws up!
We are so happy George is recovering well. He got his staples out last week, and in 5 more weeks gets his xrays. His surgeon has been an angel and didn't charge us for the re-checks or staple removal. I am so in love with healthy paws, I tell all my clients at the vet clinic I work at that it was the best investment I ever made. Our clinic cannot even perform the surgery he needed so had I not gotten George insured, I honestly don't know how we could've saved his leg.

Thank heavens for insurance
My Jack Russel Terrier had a severe case of meningoencephelitis. It turned out to be a long and expensive treatment that is still ongoing. We are very fortunate to have insurance with Trupanion. The claim was handled in a timely manner and they reimbursed us for our expenses according to the insurance agreement. We had to worry about our dog a lot but at least we were not burdened by huge vet bills on top of it thank to having insurance.
