Enrolling my new dog was easy
Enrolling my new dog was easy. My sales representative named Narin was very professional and informative. No pressure. I chose Trupanion because of the experience I had with our former dog who was also covered by Trupanion. He had cancer and his treatment was covered at 90%. The reimbursement for claims was quick. I used the app to submit my claims and it took very little time.

DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE
DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE, IT IS AWFUL. It pays 25.00 for flea meds regardless of how long they last. And keep in mind, this is an extra add-on, you have to pay extra for it. If I get anything for the flea meds, it will be a check for $25.00; a 3-month flea treatment of $75.00. I could have kept the premium and just bought the flea meds. I filed my first claim $275.00. I get an email requiring tons of documentation, vet notes, treatments, and history. Why you ask? The policy with SPOT has a pre-existing clause, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY. TRUST ME, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. MET-LIFE WAS FAR BETTER, THEY TAKE OVER A MONTH TO PAY, BUT AT LEAST THEY PAY...

Pets Best Pet Insurance has been…AMAZING
Pets Best Pet Insurance has been amazing to work with. I have 2 dogs. One has had pretty good health, and the other one has experienced two accidents which would have been costly without insurance. It gave me an incredible peace of mind knowing that I could have her treated and did not have to worry too much about the cost. Pets Best has paid out exactly as they say they will. No hassle, no issues. I appreciate them and the representatives greatly.
