New Customer - Prompt Service
I recently adopted two kittens from a reputable animal adoption facility in San Diego. I have not had pet insurance before and decided to go with Embrace. All was well until one of my little ones got sick. Needless to say, after many test and evaluating it was not good news. Eventually the diagnosis was FIP - which is fatal in and of itself. I decided to submit a claim for cost and meds; not knowing if I would recoup any amount(s). I promptly rec'vd notifications from Embrace about my approved claim and rec'ved two checks, well within the time frame given. I can't thank Embrace enough - to know that there is some relief and understanding of what pet owners can endure with our furry friends. I have peace of mind knowing that in the event of major illness I have help & support.

Our eight-year-old Standard Poodle injured his back and required a hospital visit. We filed the claim promptly, and we're reimbursed the following week. If only our own insurance worked as well! B. Hess Vancouver, WA

Honest, Exceptional and truly the best insurance
I have been with Healthy Paws Insurance for a few years now, and had ran the gamut prior to joining Healthy Paws with other pet insurances that were quite frankly a BIG scam! Healthy Paws has kept to their word according to the policy I chose and paid me out on EVERY claim. I have a very small toy bread that unfortunately ran into some gastrointestinal issues requiring quite a few trips to the ER and a few hospital stays, to the tune of over $5000. Healthy Paws paid out every claim within 2 weeks (at 90% coverage, the policy I chose) with now questions asked. They are very honest, helpful, caring and don't make you wait for your reimbursement. I don't know what I would have done for my little baby if I didn't have Healthy Paws insurance. I highly suggest you research their policies as every situation is different, but I can honestly tell you that you won't find a better pet insurance company!!!

Healthy Paws Excellent, Quick, & Friendly Service
Everything about our experience with Happy Paws has been great. They were very friendly when I called to ask questions about my claim and completed it super quickly once they received my pet's full medical records. My dog had a major surgery on January 18th and I have already received reimbursement checks from Healthy Paws (on the 29th of January) as well as a follow up email to check and see how he's doing. I didn't even get his complete records to them until a couple days after his surgery and it was my first claim. They processed it amazingly quick and had great, friendly customer service too. I would highly recommend them!

We have had your pet insurance since our pup was 3 months old and unfortunately we've had to use it several times BUT it has paid for itself several times over. Our claims have been seamlessly processed by our vet each time. For the first time, we had to use this insurance for an emergency room visit and we filed out the claim and received a response in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, we had several additional vet visits and the our vet was able to continue filing this claim for the additional visits.

Well Cared For Pup, Thank you!
I have had ASPCA for the 9 years with my miniature pinscher and she has been through a lot the last 3 years with MRIs, ICU care, and lastly knee surgery. ASPCA has done well above my expectations and continue to support my baby Gia. Even the yearly premiums aren't that bad and its worth the investment. Thank you so much, I will continue to tell others about this insurance!

Go to BBB AND YELP and read all the negative reviews. They are misleading. They lie and don't tell you they will find a way not to pay you. It's called deceptive buisiness practice. Getting ready to go to the NYS insurance department, NYS Attorney General office and consumers fraud.

I love the constant feedback and that there is communication coming through weekly, it helps me know that there is someone actually there to answer questions. Also, that there is someone that can guide me through the healthcare steps because this is my first fur baby so I am new with all this but I don't feel alone at all :)
