Healthy Paws saved my dog
Our dog was very sick and needed some pretty intense and very expensive treatment to save his life. This was our first claim experience with any type of pet insurance so we were a little apprehensive to go ahead and approve the treatment. We love our Baster dearly, but there was no way we could afford the entire bill on our own. We went ahead with the treatment and not only did Healthy Paws pay exactly as promised, they did it amazingly quickly and without hassle of any kind. they were helpful throughout the very easy process and showed real concern for Baxter's well being.I would not hesitate to recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner.

Excellect service from Pets Best
Our white boxer has issues with vasculitis along the edges of his ears which has required surgical trimming to control. Pet's Best has been very responsive in handling the numerous claims involved in resolving this issue and has provided reasonable reimbursements for all of them. I have had other brands of pet insurance in the past and let's just say this is a very different experience. The online submission process is also very nice. Scan and submit - couldn't be easier!

Trupanion doesn't cover actual vet visits, but after the deductible was applied, covered 90% of my dog's allergy test and treatments. I've had her covered for other ailments, and have never had any problems dealing with them. Money well spent!

Truly the best
I have had Trupanion pet insurance since I got my rescue dog, Annabelle in February, 2011. A year later I noticed she was limping & I took her to my vet. He diagnosed her with 2 trick knees (rear legs) requiring surgery. She had the 1st surgery March, 2012 & the 2nd one in May, 2012. Each surgery was over $2600.00. The ease at which this was handled was amazing. My vet submitted the bills to Trupanion, & they covered all expenses at 90% which they sent directly to the Vet. I paid the balance of 10%. In addition, my Vet recommended a joint supplement to be given to Annabelle daily & Trupanion reimburses me at 90% when I submit my, bills. And the most amazing part is they actually send me a letter thanking me for taking such good care of Annabelle. Also their staff are professional, courteous & extremely helpful. They are simply the best.

Embrace continues to provide prompt coverage.
One of our Danes is 6.5 years old and is beginning to have mobility issues. Embrace's coverage of his numerous procedures has been great. They are always prompt to notify us of the status of a claim, and pay shortly thereafter. We have a younger Dane that typically only has wellness claims at this point, but they have been covered just efficiently. We have renewed our policy several times and will continue to do so with this great service.

Probably one of the best decision ever in my life to get Healthy paw insurance for my Dog.My baby was diagnosed with cataract in one eye and was recommended eye surgery immediately.The cost of the surgery was exorbitant....somewhere around $3500. Luckily for me I had healthy paw insurance but still was not sure whether they will cover it because I heard so many stories of insurance denying payment by giving some lame reason but Healthy paw processed my claims very fast and smoothly as soon as they received the paperwork.They reimbursed me 90% of the cost.I cant praise enough about how courteous the staff is.They even checked on him after the surgery to see how he is doing.I highly recommend this company.My baby is very happy and finally running, chasing squirrels and ball without bumping into things.Thanks you so much helathy paw!!!
