Review of our experience for Rex's Hip Dysplasia
Trupanion is amazing Insurance Company who pays so much attentions and quick follow ups. I have never dealt any Insurance Company who is so organized and well managed cross any level of staff and managers. I was totally satisfied with Trupanion.

So far, so good!
I've never had vet insurance before. So glad I got it. Embrace has been great to work with and have done everything they promised. We had a cancer scare this year and it such a relief to be able to get the workup we needed without freaking out about the cost. (All is well!)

My dog ate a glove and needed emergency surgery. $5000 later and a few days at the pet hospital I was really worried my claim might not be covered because just a couple months ago my dog needed to go to the hospital for something else that came out to roughly $2000. Within 2 days I heard back from trupanion that they were covering my claim (on Christmas eve). An excellent Christmas present as my stress regarding the money was put to rest.

To my surprise the vet submitted everything and I walked away paying just my deductible and emergency vet visit. Trupanion took care of sending payment directly to my vet for almost 900.00. Dog suffering concussion following a fall
Following a trip to the vet's emergency room, I was presented with an invoice for services provided for our dog.I paid the invoice, and submitted a claim to healthy paws insurance the next day - easy to submit a claim - just took a photo of the invoice on my phone and emailed to the helpline. Less than an hour later I received confirmation of our coverage and a week later received a check. All very professional and quick. Also a few days later we received a follow up email asking how Sage was.
