VPI is great

Just as you would provide Health insurance for you children, you should provide the same for your pets because they are family too. I purchased Veterinary Pet Insurance and made an investment in my family. Now, I no longer fear the unexpected cost associated with their care. The insurance is well worth the purchase. The company is professional, extremely efficient and understands the cost associated with medical services for your pet. I have filed many claims since joining VPI, and the amount of money refunded has been unbeliveable. Do the right thing for your family and invest in their care.

Best insurance plan I ever had!

Our 3 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog got hit by a car. She needed to be hospitalized. She spent 3 days in the hospital with an IV, multiple X-rays, oxygen therapy and pain management. The bill was $2500.00. We got reimbursed $2400. Yes, you do have to pay upfront for an emergency, but scheduled procedures can be pre certified, so you don't have to pay upfront. If you love you child (pet), you should seriously consider obtaining this insurance.

upset tummy

My RATCHI started voting and not eating for a day or so at time. Had lots of gas and a little bloated. He had an ultrasound, urinalysis, blood pressure medication. Aspca insurance puts my mind at ease. They contact us to check on Scooby, and when calling the office they look I into your file and try to infirm you correctly. And if the person helping you can't they find someone who can instead of just assuming. I always recommend ASPCA they are AWESOME.

Pets Best is giving me more time with my baby!

My dog was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma. I submitted the bills for that day and the 2 bills since. Pets Best has already processed the claim and is depositing the money into my account tomorrow. One of the bills was as recent as this past Monday and they are already paying out on it (today is Wednesday). Even better, they are gong to continue to help me pay for his treatment until I hit the policy limit! Without Pets Best, I would not be able to afford treatment for my dog to give us the last few months we need together to make as many memories as possible. For that, I will be eternally grateful. Signing my pets up for Pets Best is the best decision I have ever made for them.

Two Thumbs Way Up!!!

I just have to say that Healthy Paws is an amazing company and they stand behind their word. Our black Lab Lucy just had her second knee operation and it couldn't have gone any better. Healthy Paws helps ease the worry so much!! It is so easy to file a claim and any refund comes super fast. I would never insure my dog with anyone else and I tell everyone I know about their fantastic customer service. Healthy Paws is absolutely the best!!

VPI is really saving us!

I have nothing but good things to say about VPI. We had a different insurance when we first adopted our dog--a rescue who was 5. I switched to VPI because I had heard good things, and they have been fantastic. Chester had no care the first half of his life, and had a few medical issues when we first brought him home. Now, he is a senior, and with that, came arthritis, thyroid problems, and now heart problems. We have had some really big bills of late, and VPI has been reimbursing in a very timely manner, and covering quite a bit. It has paid for itself and then some. I am so thankful we have the cushion of knowing we have coverage!

Pets Best - As Good As It Gets

I've had Pets Best coverage on my two dogs for the last three plus years. Unfortunately, I've had to submit a number of claims for accidents and illnesses. The claims process is online and easy. In each instance, the claims I've submitted have been quickly and fairly adjusted and paid. The money goes directly into my bank account and I've received emails detailing the payments. My entire experience with Pets Best has been very positive. I don't see how it could have been any better.

premiums have more than doubled in 2 years!

As far as the company and service, they are great and easy to work with. My dog had an eye issue that was paid for costing I believe around $2k I never want to have to make choices about the care for my dog based on money. My problem is that I paid about $60/quarter for 2013 in 2014 that went up to $94.26/quarter and 2015 will be $123.27/quarter. It's more than doubled in 2 years. I'm on here looking for a new insurer
