My beloved senior Labradoodle ruptured both ACLs simultaneously and it was a huge relief knowing Trupanion would handle our claims quickly and fairly. Having the assurance of knowing her specialty surgery and physical therapy for recovery was covered allowed us to concentrate solely on her needs and not worry about paying the associated costs. Trupanion payed the claims promptly and without question. Our girl is fully recovered and walks 2 miles per day. Thank you Trupanion for helping us help her!

Efficient and Caring
I have been a Healthy Paws customer for three years. Unfortunately, our furbaby has had a lot of medical issues that required a biopsy, quarterly blood test, and ongoing supplement treatment. Healthy paws was always super timely on reimbursement of the claims, if only human health insurance was just as efficient. After her biopsy and her recent TLPO surgery, not only did Healthy Paws pay those high cost claims in about a week, but after each major surgery, they sent me a personal message just to check up on Bella, our furpup! Dealing with serious medical issues is always stressful and an anxiety filled experience. The cost is something that Healthy Paws takes off your plate, and im so grateful for it. They're efficient and compassionate- i dont know what else you would need in an insurance company.

VPI Service reminds me of The Rainmaker
Basically company seems to do anything feasible to not provide coverage and when coverage is provided likely to be at significantly below anything close to actual costs. Strongly suggest to find alternative to avoid the added financial & emotional impact when your family member "pet" needs care.

Long Time Embracer
While most companies leave me suspicious and unsatisfied, Embrace has never failed to meet and even exceed expectations. Going on nearly a decade now, their claims are fulfilled as promised and in an incredibly fast time. Perhaps most important is customer service. They always responsive and kind. When I lost my forever friend they sent hand written well-wishes. I truly love this company and the people who work there.

Remarkable service!
I took Jake to the vet, he had been acting "just not himself" and I was concerned. Which sounds kind of lame now that I think about it, but my vet examined him, took some blood for testing, asked a lot of questions. His bloodwork showed low thyroid and she wanted to send it out to another lab for further testing. I said of course!Luckily, I had Trupanion insurance on Jake. My vet completed the form and faxed it in. I had an e-mail from Trupanion within two days, and a reimbursement check within 10 days. And a nice thank-you from Trupanion for taking care of Jake! I am so impressed with the quality of this insurance and highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic coverage for our Malamute Ruby
Our 2 year old Malamute has experienced multiple health problems that have been associated with significant medical expenses. Healthy Paws has stuck to their end of the deal and rapidly reimbursed us for all expenses per our agreement with them.
