Very happy I chose Trupanion
My dog was diagnosed with EPI. and Trupanion has paid for her enzymes for 3 years at over $150 a month. They pay for meds and do not set the price on treatment. They have been a life saver. Read very carefully what insurers pay.Many don't pay for meds. And have limits on procedures.

So glad I had TruPanion!
My dog Hank tore his ACL and had emergency surgery. TruPanion was amazing to deal with. I called immediately following the diagnosis and had a pre-approval with in 30 minutes. The surgery happened on Tuesday, I paid the Vet on Thursday and I have reimbursement by the following Monday. I almost cancelled the insurance the week prior because I had never needed it. I will absolutely not cancel now!

We are extremely pleased with Trupanion
Our dog had a series of 4 problems since early February 2015, 3 were lated problems, 1 was not. Trupanion paid under the insurance we had for our pet without any questions and promptly paid the claims. Needless to say it was an expense time at the vet and we were very pleased and thankful that we had the pet insurance.

Thankful and satisfied dog lover
We are so grateful that we made the decision to protect our valued and beloved service dog, Tanner. He recently suffered a stoke in his spinal column that paralyzed his back legs. We feared he'd never return to service again, but he made a miraculous, yet expensive recovery. Thankfully, Trupanion was efficient and quick to get our reimbursement of over $3,200 to us. The process was smooth and they were very considerate and even followed up to wish Tanner well. I will continue to have them as our provider and recommend them to all who love their fur babies!
