outstanding communication, quick processing respon
The interaction with personnel was comforting and reassuring. The processing of the claim was quick and glitch free. As we were dealing with our cats illness, trupanion provided the support and interaction with the vet to assist in a very quick reimbursement. They were above and beyond my expectations as they professionally processed the claim with minimal hassle. It is my recommendation, that trupanion was the best and much praise for helping us when the care cost was extensive.

We adopted our beautiful Belle from the shelter and purchased trupanion a few weeks after. On her first day of eligibility she broke her leg! Claims specialist were very caring and processing claim went very smoothly. They were also very concerned about Belle's well being. Couldn't be happier with Trupanion!
