Rapid claim response
I submitted by claims at the end of February. By the end of March, I had my reimbursement! Very efficient customer service. Only glitch was multiple requests for the same receipts.

Great customer service - when my 2year old lab had to have CCL repair- VPI were so reassuring and helpful- no stuck in the loop phone call- a real person who went overboard explains my policy.Very timely re imbursement - all health care should have such customer service!

I have a one year old black Pug who was diagnosed with FHO (Femoral Head Osteonecrosis. Tupanion was helpful over the phone with request for claim forms. They paid my claim promptly without any questions. I am very please with their services.

My dog was diagnosed with EPI. and Trupanion has paid for her enzymes for 3 years at over $150 a month. They pay for meds and do not set the price on treatment. They have been a life saver. Read very carefully what insurers pay.Many don't pay for meds. And have limits on procedures.

My dog Hank tore his ACL and had emergency surgery. TruPanion was amazing to deal with. I called immediately following the diagnosis and had a pre-approval with in 30 minutes. The surgery happened on Tuesday, I paid the Vet on Thursday and I have reimbursement by the following Monday. I almost cancelled the insurance the week prior because I had never needed it. I will absolutely not cancel now!
