Better than I expected!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Embrace. They take the time to explain things, even when I was frustrated. There was some minor misunderstanding in the beginning about when they would conduct the health review, but I think I was asking more than most people do at the moment. The claims have been processed rather quickly and the checks are good. I am a little disappointed in one of the "pre-existing" conditions because a vet I went to once diagnosed without testing and therefore the only way to appeal that (which I am thankful there is a way) is to get the vet to write a letter that says the previous diagnosis isn't correct. I will have to get my new vet to do this, because even though the orthopedic report card showed no signs of arthritis, the vet that wrote it in the notes was enough to cause concern for the insurance company. I appreciate that they review the notes and explain it all, but I wish I didn't have to jump through a hoop when the records clearly show no testing or imaging was performed to confirm arthritis.The other downfall would be that the vet has to fill out the form every claim. I think my office staff wasn't thrilled about that, but thankfully the form is quick and concise. Otherwise, honestly, it really is better than expected. I really worried they would give a reason as why not to process the claim, but they didn't. And, they even keep you updated along the way and give you all the resources to submit claims and check statuses. Thank you!

Used to be better
When I first came to ASPCA, they were so friendly and checked on my pet. I have been with them about 5 years with only one $80.00. claim which was processed very quickly!Now my rates have gone up without notice saying my dog is 10, we charge for senior dog now, again no notice. Well my dog was hurt very bad and I finally submitted a claim, they never have called, emailed or contacted me in anyway to verify they received the claim. Still waiting for reimbursement, called to check on the status and to see if they even received it and the customer service rep. was far from when I first started. I asked why it is taking so long and why no foloow up call like they used to. She said MAM, we used to be a smaller company and could offer faster money turn around and have more time to check on the pets but we are a much larger company now and I would have to wait longer for my money then I used to.!!! so much for this company!!

My sweetie had a cancerous lump
My family dog had just died two months before and now my furry kid had a cancerous lump. I was so worried that i would not be able to afford to take care of her. We were lucky, it was early and treatable and we had insurance. I was able to schedule tests and procedures to make sure that nothing had spread without worrying that I was going to go broke. the claim process was beyond easy.

Worth it!
I was skeptical about needing pet insurance but I'm glad that I purchased insurance with Embrace. Our 7-month old Golden Retriever has had several overnight visits at the animal hospital and Embrace promptly settled each claim. Hopefully she grows out of this puppy phase of eating everything in sight but until then we're very pleased with Embrace's coverage and the simplicity of completing claims.

First time having pet insurance
I am new to the pet insurance world; however so far so good. I have two pets and Embrace has covered everything so far. I don't have any complaints they communicate and they email me as well. I love the fact they keep me in the loop on what is going on with each claim that I have submitted.

Best pet insurance plan!
I have had Embrace pet insurance for less than a year now and insure both my 5year old dog and 9 year old cat. I thought that it was going to be expensive to insure such an older pet but it wasn't. I am happy that I got it as they have made it possible to get the care that the animals need without fearing that I won't be able to afford it. Thank you Embrace for all you do!!

Thank you for helping ONYX the Pug
I have been with PetsBest for Onyx my Pug for many years.Thankfully he has remained in good health; and I think the last time with the exception of March 8, and the week after I had to use insurance was over 5+ years ago. I am Thankful that I have it, but found the process a little more time consuming them from years ago. All and All the CS team called the Emergency Hospital, and explained about an itemized bill when I lost patience with them; only to have to go back the week after, and them ( the hospital) finally getting the point about the bill. Anyway that was excellent CS service, which I am Thankful for. Lastly as Onyx turns 10 in August; I have to weigh my options for which plan I can afford , with what deductible......
