Excellent Customer Service
I love that I can pick my own deductible, this way I control what my monthly premium will be. Also the 90% coverage is amazing. The website is very user friendly and their policy is really straight forward. When I call for info or advice, the person is very helpful and knowledgeable. I also love that I can use my phone to take pictures of a claim and invoices and then email everything to them...very quick turn around time.

Saved us almost $400 on our first use
Our dog had some tummy issues and when we took her to the vet nearly the entire visit was covered. She is not even 1 yet so assuming she is like most dogs she will have her share of sicknesses and (hopefully not too serious!) accidents. We are happy we went with Trupanion. They are great and approved the claim before we even left the vet. No need to submit paperwork or anything.
