Great Insurance
We got the insurance for our Shima in 2014 when she was 4 months old. When it was time to have her spayed the vets office ran the blood work and discovered she had liver issues. We had to have an ultrasound and all this was paid for. There have been other bills and they have also been paid promptly. I have recommended the insurance to a number of people. We had another insurance with our other dogs, but this is much better in coverage and dealing with them. Thank you for caring so much about our 4 legged children.

Denied then approved, several times
For a company that says they are open and honest it sure if strange that I keep having claims denied, every time I call in they tell me it's a system issue and they've fixed it. Sure seems shady to me... Like they do this to people in hopes they don't notice.

Very satisfied with our claim.
Maggie had gastrointestinal issues that had gone on for awhile, having to take her to our veterinarian, then to the vet hospital at the state university. We turned in our claim and were pleased with the fast response.

Worth every penny
I adopted a dog just under a year ago. He's had a few health issues in the time i've had him, but we also have had figo since day one. Great rates (competitive with all the competitors), great coverage (I have ultimate)--they have paid all my claims--sometimes for things I wasn't even expecting to be covered. On top of it, extremely fast claim processing and great customer service (with a personal touch).

OUTSTANDING!
We have used another company PRIOR to Embrace and they always had an excuse or reason why they wouldn't cover something. Our vet mentioned Embrace to us and I was leery because of how much money we spent monthly with the previous company. I called Embrace to inquire. I was greeted by the nicest customer service representative and she explained everything. We signed our new puppy up and its been the BEST SERVICE AND COVERAGE EVER! We added another new puppy a year later and I am about to call and add our newest puppy. Embrace is awesome, easy to work with, and always concerned about your pet when you call in a claim.

Excellent Service
I wish I had Pet Bests for my past dogs. Filing the claim for my puppy was as so easy...just fill in the form, attach your bills, and hit send. My refund should be deposited within a couple of days.I've recommended Pet Best to my friends...

Problems with fax
I haven't put through enough claims to determine how I feel about the service overall, but we had a big problem with faxes not being received. My vet tried to fax the medical records 3 times and got so annoyed that she told me she won't handle the insurance forms with Embrace anymore. Staff has been pleasant though.

Saved our family...
Our silver lab, Koa, managed to get into a baby bag while we were at work. He opened and ate a few items to include baby food and a bottle of Advil. The bottle was not full, but we had no idea how many pills were in the bottle. We immediately took him to the Animal Hospital in a new state (we recently moved from Arizona to Virginia). Koa was admitted to the hospital for treatment after a consultation with the animal poison control. In all, Koa spent 8 days in the hospital on 24/7 IV fluids and medications for his gastrointestinal tract. I checked the Healthy Paws app and website to verify what I already knew: that his services would be covered. I had two conversations a day with the veterinarians administering Koa's treatment and the discussion often revolved around whether we could afford to keep Koa on the IV fluids until his laboratory results showed that the toxins had been eliminated from his system. This was a touchy subject for the veterinarians because the treatment was close to $1000 a day and while they wanted to recommend the continued treatment they realized that many people could not afford the treatment. I assured them that Koa was covered and that we would and could do anything medically necessary to give Koa the best chance to live a long and healthy life. I cannot emphasize enough the peace of mind that I had throughout this ordeal knowing that I could afford to give Koa the best chance to live a long and healthy life. I never once had to hesitate or look at alternatives to treatment. I first came to Healthy Paws when Koa was a puppy. I chose what I felt was the coverage I wanted at a price that I could afford. I have recommended them to other dog lovers since Koa was a puppy. This event has only strengthened my belief in the truly outstanding service that Healthy Paws provided, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Our final bill was $8000. I submitted the claim through my app before I even left the hospital, and I received the check in the mail with in 5 days to include a weekend. Koa is healthy, happy, and home with us, and I am not sure that would be the case without Healthy Paws. For our family, the peace of mind of knowing, without a doubt, that we could do anything medically necessary to keep our family member with us for as long as possible was immeasurable, and I have Healthy Paws to thank for that.

Embrace - Quick Efficient Easy
I have had Embrace for a few years, and this was the first year I had to use for illness. Claims were paid within a few days, Customer Service answered my questions clearly. Fell very at ease knowing I have this for my cats. Wellness benefit, makes the amount spent yearly worth it. Highly recommend!
