Coverage for Niki's torn ACL
I am very appreciative to ASPCA Pet Insurance for their help with this. My beloved puppydog - Niki - had torn her ACL, and the surgery and meds cost me a ton. They paid for most of the cost, and considering I am financially challenged at the moment, was extremely helpful. They also called me to find out how Niki was doing. Previously, Zak had a problem with his bowels - the canine version of IBS - and they have coverd all his meds. These guys are great.

Trupanion. Perfect every time.
Short and sweet. Trupanion is everything you need, want and expect in a pet insurance company. They have the best most transparent coverage, and the best claims process. Timely payouts, no surprises, just what everyone needs.

ASPCA Insurance has been a life saver
My pup has a lot of health problems, and the diagnostic testing and doctor visits have been very costly. I couldn't afford it without this insurance. Our local paper recently had an article listing expenses people really don't need to incur - and pet insurance was on the list. That article was so wrong.

I am dissapointed in VPI/Nationwide
I have had VPI for nine years for my doggie. During those 9 years I have summited many claims and they pay some but some of the time they don't. At one point I stopped sending claims and just kept it active in case of an accident or illness. Now my pup is nine and in need of medical care and I summited a large claim of about $500, they didn't even pay a hundred of it, I am seriously considering canceling, due to his condition I can't go to another company, so now I am stuck paying for most of the medical bills.

Claim Processing a Nightmare
Dealing with Trupanion has been a mess. Claim was originally denied because due to the claim that my pet was "born" with the condition. We appealed. Appeal was never answered, sent paperwork multiple times with no follow-up or an contact by Trupanion. If we did not call to follow up, we would not have heard form them at all. Seems all the appeals paperwork was sent and Trupanion employees didn't know what to do with it so they filed it in our pets file with no further action. No one took ownership, no questioned why we were still submitting paperwork, no one called us to find out what was going on. Now after 2 hours dealing with them today I am waiting to see if the 3rd submission of information is enough for them to review and make the decision if they will proceed with the 3-6 week process of claim appeal review.

Excellent customer service
I've had Embrace since my English Bulldog, Churchill, was a puppy. With all of the possible genetic conditions a bulldog could have, Embrace has never denied a claim. Within the past year, Churchill has had numerous eye and ear infectionsband other allery-related issues. Embrace helped with everything. In addition, Churchill needed ACL surgery and Embrace covered the surgery and medication.they also email periodically to check in to be sure I received my reimbursement. Embrace also processes the claims within 5 business days.

Excellent Experience With Claim
I had a claim of over $1,000.00. I needed a little assistance with the claim Form and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the representative was. Submitting the claim was painless and the turnaround time of the reimbursement was very good. a claim of over $1,000.00.
