Wouldn't have a pet without it
We've had this insurance for more years than we've had our current pets who are 11 and 13. We've used it for everything from minor stomach viruses to major surgeries. Our 13 year old cat would not be with us today without this insurance. An indoor kitty who lived most of her life without incident or a claim became critically ill 3 years ago and we were facing $4000 worth of vet bills without insurance. There is no way we could have afforded the treatment if we had not had the coverage. Today, she is a happy, healthy 13 year old cat. Our lab is also thriving at 11+ due to the great health care she gets.

Best decision I ever made.
I am so grateful to have Pets Best insurance for my dog Ruby. I decided on pets best shortly after I got her as a puppy, and they have always been fair and extremely efficient. Claims are payed quickly and details are explained thoroughly. Now that she is older, and we are facing new issues, like diabetes, I'm really so glad I have them in my corner.

Excellent Followup
Unfortunately my dog Cody a seven month old golden retriever broke his leg playing in the back yard. This required extensive followup visits at the vet. All of the claims were covered timely except one. When I emailed Embrace about it, the claim was reviewed and approved within an hour. Exceptional customer service. I also appreciate no reasonable and customary charge list.

I have only had my policy for about a year but so far I have been totally pleased with it. So far they have covered everything with question and mail reimbursements quickly. Best thing I ever did!!!

Embrace is the very best all around pet insurance.
Morgan had a cancerous spot on her stomach. The tumor had to be removed. When I sent invoice to Embrace, the company responded quickly, advising payment had been approved. The payment was received without any difficulty. Payment covered over 3/4 of the bill. What a fine company..from calls from representatives advising approval and offering to respond to any questions I might have. Of course, payment was very surprising as usually there is a glitch. Go Embrace.

Happy doggy!
Raven is my 11 yr.old Belgian Shepard - Groenendael. I have had her since she was 11 weeks old and we've done a lot together, including showing to her AKC Championship - something I had always wanted to do. Her left anal gland ruptured. Can't miss that one - phew!!! got it just about all healed up and the vet found a lump. We decided to wait a short time to see if it went away, but it got a little bigger and a little harder. Time to have the anal glands removed. She also had a lump on her tail, so that got removed at the same time. The good news is that both tissues came back from the lab as cancer-free. Yea! At that point I was happy as could be, and thought I'd file an insurance claim and see if I could be made happier. Very happy with the service from Embrace. No. 1 company in my book.
