Trupanion has been a life saver for us.
Trupanion has been a life saver for us. My 9YO Boston Terrier has had knee issues, skin issues, and now was recently diagnosed with Cushings Disease, and it's so comforting to know that Trupanion helps so much to cover the cost of treatment so I can make sure we are giving him the best care we can, despite the cost. I recommend pet insurance to everyone I know, and especially tell them that Trupanion has been wonderful.
Trupanion feels like a company that cares. The coverage is good, with one deductible per illness for the life of your pet. The representatives are helpful and caring.
Trupanion covered ninety percent of my (considerable) costs to save my dog's life when he had liver tumors. They are still covering most of the costs of his rechecks on that procedure, and could not be more helpful. I have put the charges on my card and without exception they have gotten the money into my account before the bill came due. Agents have been without exception kind, polite, well-informed and helpful. The hospital asked if I had insurance going into this and when I said I had Trupanion, the doctor told me I should be all right as Trupanion is "The Cadillac of health insurance." She was certainly right about that. I highly recommend Trupanion, they provide a wonderful service.
Trupanion always processes my claims quickly. They stand by their terms in the contract. I am never disappointed and I am so grateful for the piece of mind they give me. I know with Trupanion I can make the best choice for my dog and not worry about the cost. I would recommend them 100 times over and will have Trupanion for all of my future pets. All of my friends and family now have Trupanion too!
Truepanion has help me finance my dog and get the medical attention he has required since a puppy. Buster is now 10 yrs and getting older. He wouldn't have half of the meds and treatment he's had but 90% reimbursement has made it possible for me to meet his needs.
