Straightforward and Clear
My experience in purchasing pet insurance was straightforward. The website clearly said what was covered and what was not covered. I appreciated this feature. I used the calculator to determine the deductible that made sense for me. Everything went very smoothly. I am glad that I have this insurance for a time in the future when I really need the help.

Being a new customer of Fetch, l required a bit more info regarding the Wellness portion. Bonnie was very pleasant, and answered my questions clearly. In the short time l have been a client l have been pleased with Fetch’s prompt responses, as well as the quick payment of the first claim l made.
