I'm new to this company and learning how to upload claims. Guess I didn't get it right for one of the vet's visit, but I received guidance in how to resubmit the claim. I like the prompt service and look forward to doing business in the future.

The app is not user friendly. Its very hard to use and isn't intuitive. Also a quick reference as to what's covered would be helpful. Also idk why my premium is going up this year....

I haven't used the health insurance…
I haven't used the health insurance very much. I just got a new puppy so I just insured her also. I had the preventive insurance for my other dog but I can't afford it for both dogs. So I am getting accident and illness health insurance for both and it is costing me less than the preventive for the one dog.
