Alana is a Customer Service Star!
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Alana in your Customer Service Dept. I can't stress enough how kind, knowledgeable and patient she was. I was having trouble uploading an invoice and she VERY patiently walked me through the process. (While I took notes at the same time!) She was so kind and never once made me feel rushed. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

You don't know you need pet insurance until you need it – I had it for peace of mind but then my pup was diagnosed with cancer... I don't know how I'd be able to afford chemo for him without ManyPets. Making claims is easily and usually get processed quick.

Appreciate the quick processing of claims. Only one complaint: when I sent in the estimate for x-rays, the status went all the way to completed, but did not ask me to send in the final bill. I had to open a new claim. An estimate should let the customer know what to do next and should have a link in the old claim

Uncomfortable Cancelling Experience
Adopted a pet from the humane society and was signed up for this insurance. Called to cancel, and instead of processing my request the rep would just seemingly ignore me and respond with manipulative questions. It was weird, I had to get really firm and just repeat “please cancel my account”. I’ve actually never experienced anything like that. Went from a neutral opinion and just not a product I need at this time, to a very negative opinion and actively telling people to beware/avoid. Not a company I will use in the future. Ever.
