Seamless process
Seamless process. The services Embrace offers are next to none. I feel comfortable that no matter what happens my service animals will be well taken care of. The timelines of claims is what I was most impressed with. The communication during the claims process always keeps you in the loop to know where you are in the process. I would advise anyone to get their wellness plan.

Responsive and quick reimbursement
The company is very responsive to claims. With this current situation, Charlie required 3 appointments to receive the treatment needed. All 3 claims were reviewed quickly and reimbursed in a timely fashion. I wish human insurance was this good!

Pumpkin Saved The Day
An unexpected medical issue landed my Golden Doodle in the hospital for emergency surgery. The surgery and five day hospital stay were expensive but Pumpkin Insurance totally eliminated the financial stress of the event. Filing the claim could not have been easier and reimbursement was literally available in my bank account in less than 2 hours.
