Premium doubled in about one year. No letter, just an email that could (and did) end up in the bin. Shame on this company for squeezing pennies out of struggling families in these difficult times.

This insurance is a nightmare
This insurance is a nightmare. They never payed off their part, always looked for reasons to deny even though I was with them for 2 years since I got my dog as a 7 week old pup. Spent so much energy appealing every decision, involved my vet who wrote letters of explanations. Now I am done. Canceled the subscription and will never go back there again. I do not recommend getting involved with them even though USAA recommends them. Embrace is terrible, the worst!

fast and effecient
I was on the fence about getting Pet Insurance but I'm so glad I did and I very happy with MetPet. The process to file a claim was fast and easy and the approval process was also relatively quick.
