Fetch Pet Insurance Company truly understands the importance of hiring top-notch people and my experience with them certainly proved that. I had the absolute pleasure of talking to an awesome Fetch Pet Insurance professional, Aileen Andino. At 71 years of age, I’ve been involved in countless business transactions that required human contact. In all my years, I don’t remember a more gratifying business experience than the one I enjoyed with Aileen. From the very beginning of our telephone conversation, I could immediately sense that Aileen was a total professional. First off, with her tremendous attitude, Aileen makes you feel comfortable right from the start. She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, she intelligently answered all my questions, she was exceptionally patient with me, she explained everything so I could completely understand my policy and what I was purchasing, she’s kind, thoughtful, compassionate…and, she even looked out for my particular dog breeds needs. I'm so grateful for Trupanion and the compassion demonstrated by this company. My 15-year-old cat passed away last week after an extended illness where he progressively worsened. I'm very grateful for the medical care that he was able to receive during that period knowing that I had the insurance coverage through Trupanion. All of the medical claims were quickly processed, and after my cat's passing, I received a kind message from Trupanion with their condolences. I have been a customer for 15+ years, and they continue to impress me and earn my business with every interaction. I love how this company operates and treats their customers.
