"This is my second pet that I have insured with Pets Best. They explain all claim decisions clearly and are very honest and fair. If you have any questions their customer service is happy to help.

Trupanion has paid for itself in the long run
Trupanion has paid for itself now for many years, as my dog has had totally unexpected emergencies/medical needs. If you’re on the fence about the benefit of pet insurance (like I once was) just go for it and you won’t be sorry. I started when my dog was a healthy mix breed puppy, with no predictable health issues in her future. She has proven to be an expensive girl haha. So grateful for Trupanion helping me get her the best care without a second thought!

They are quick to get reports from the vet and issue payments. I gave four stars because there were issues with making payments to me. They would show that the claim would be paid but no payment was issued and they close the claim. I’d have to follow up and then payment was issued.

My perfect boy Aki recently found an enlarged lymphnode and was diagnosed with lymphoma so the lymphnode needed to come out if it were not for pets best I would not be in the position to help my boy
Easy process to submit invoices
Easy process to submit invoices. When Lex had his two surgeries, there was quick response to the Surgery center for approval of coverage. Really like to communication about status of reimbursement .
