I bought this insurance when my puppy was only about four weeks old. About three months after he arrived home, I discovered he had many health issues, including hip dysplasia and digestive sensitivity, among other very difficult problems. He's been to the vet and specialist every time, and even had to go to the emergency room for unexpected events. He's had so many medical issues over the years. Without this insurance, the staggering cost of pet treatment in the US would be completely out of our reach as an ordinary family. I believe that if you love your furry friends and want to provide them with health protection, I highly recommend this insurance; it's been a tremendous help to our family and our dogs.

Filing a claim is always quick and easy. I typically get reimbursed within a few weeks, which is pretty quick to me! I love the piece of mind that Pet’s Best gives me!

I wouldnt say great given they have almost doubled the price for exotic pets and raised the deductible. Other than the excessive cost they have always been really good in sending my reimburstments for vet bills. Not sure how much longer I will keep the insurance if they raise the rates again.
