Healthy Paws IS A JOKE! DO NOT USE!
Very disappointing experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. When I reviewed my claim in the app, it showed no invoice attached, no medical records attached, and no supporting documents attached. This raised serious concerns about how claims are reviewed. Customer service responses felt scripted and no one could give clear answers. After paying monthly premiums and trusting this company, the lack of transparency was extremely frustrating. I recommend pet owners research other options carefully before choosing Healthy Paws. They pay NOTHING!

We've had our dog covered with Fetch for years and are now having to submit claims for his health issues. Fetch has been very good with processing claims quickly and correctly. I've had to call them for some information a couple times and their representatives are helpful and courteous.
