My customer representative was super friendly and seemingly genuinely excited for me to have a new puppy in the home. As I’ve never purchased pet insurance before, I asked her what important questions was I not asking and she jumped right in with concerns I didn’t anticipate considering. She was awesome and very clear on the policy terms.

SCAM! Beware! They take your money but no claim is ever covered! I paid the covered for 2 years, submitted claims but they denyed coverage on everything so 100% out of pocket and 100% loss on policy cost. That is horsecrap!

This is our second attempt at gaining the benefit of this insurance company. Our first attempt we received nothing for our first pet. This review will be the first of a series of reviews detailing the company performance at each step. Claim submitted in under 5 minutes. Easy user interface. Claim was accompanied by pdf receipts showing $1131 in charges. No other documents submitted.
