Filing Claims is awful, request excesive amount of information for small things
My company moved from Nationwide to MetLife this year and it has been a AWFUL experience. Its been 1 month since I filed my claim and I weekly get emails of them asking for more information on a simple straight forward short vet visit. They have medical records, charts, receipts and continue to ask for something new each week. No one has ever been available in their "Chat" online feature. Some how my plan is more expensive and the coverage is nonexistent. Would not recommend to a friend. The only reason Im giving a star is because the lady that set up my plan initially was very nice on the phone. It was all down hill from there though.

So easy during a super stressful time
So easy during a super stressful time. My dog is a pure breed which means lots of unknowns. This year was the unknown year of injuries & surgeries & Spot was amazing. My only regret was not doing this before but honestly this is the first time we needed such big stuff in 6 years. Insurance is definitely a must and Spot made it all so easy and affordable and no stress. Submit bill & wait & then reimbursement. Thanks Spot!

Fast and Easy with Good Coverage Options
The submission process is super easy, the explanation of benefits form you get is very straightforward, reimbursement is usually within a couple weeks (though it can get slower in the summer), and it's kept me from going into some pretty crazy debt over my dog. I do have the highest possible coverage because my pup has some serious chronic health issues (90% coverage), and I'm paying less for insurance than I would for all her procedures and meds. After seeing how high a vet bill can get in a hurry with one major incident, I don't think I'll ever have an uninsured dog again.

My experience with Fetch so far has been great! Prior to actually filing any claims, the representatives have been very helpful in the past when I've called with questions. I just had my first experience with filing claims and being reimbursed and I was relieved by how smooth everything went and how quick the process was! Hello, I have MetLife Pet Insurance for over a Year now, for my 3 Jack Russell's, I have nothing but good experiences with MetLife Insurance, the first year we got Odie and Koba( puppies), all claims were reimbursed almost $5000 the first years, was quick and easy and YES they made ask for Vet Notes with is no big deal Vet will provided it for you.
