Fast, simple, stress free processing!
After over a year of holding my policy without using it, we sadly had an emergency and my dog needed immediate medical attention and surgery. The process of filing claims with Spot was so easy and their processing time was much faster than I thought! I am extremely grateful for this coverage as I would have been in a horrible financial situation if we didn’t have the plan. The rep hung up on me
The representative hung up on me. I called to ask about insurance for my snake who HAD a respiratory infection, which has since been resolved. He told me it counts as a pre-existing condition and I would not be able to submit a claim for a respiratory infection for six months, but tried to get me to sign up anyway for "other possible reasons to go to the vet". When I explained that there were no other reasons I'd need to take my snake to the vet, and asked what the point would be in signing up now, rather than waiting six months, he hung up on me.

Embrace is the BEST pet insurance I have ever had. They are fast with processing claims and thorough. The website to submit claims is simple and easy to follow/complete. I highly recommend Embrace. My vet said they are the best, and he was definitely right! It's totally worth it. Elise B.

I have paid for YEARS with ridiculous…
I have paid for YEARS with ridiculous increasing premiums each year. When it's time to reimburse us $400 they keep saying they aren't getting all the info from our vet. Dog was in 2 days in a row and they say they only have info for 1 of the days. The vet sent it all at once, multiple times. I told them never mind and that I was planning on cancelling the policy. Next thing I know they cancelled it themselves. NEVER AGAIN with this company.
