From over 8k charge for emergency back surgery to his typical health issues, Pets Best has ALWAYS come through for us in a timely fashion. Very thankful for Pets Best!
Extremely disappointed. WIsh I had gone with another company
My dog developed Giardia a few days after I signed up for the insurance. Since then it has progressed into a full blown chronic illness -- Pets Best has not covered one cent of my 10 k vet bill. I understand that there is a a "waiting period," but my dog went from a perfectly healthy puppy to a very sick one and not one penny was reimbursed by this company.

Easy peasy …
It was easy to fill in and understand no questioning what is and isn’t covered I just wish I knew ahead of time the time frame it starts up .. so fingers crossed my pet doesn’t become ill ( ever ) but coversge doesn’t kick in for a good month

Embrace has been excellent to work with. It is easy to submit claims and they reimburse very quickly. It has been great to know they stand by their insurance and it makes us feel great to be able to take care of our dog accordingly without financial debt.

First time ever buying pet insurance
First time ever buying pet insurance. The process was quick and easy. I brought my pet to the vet 3 days after buying the insurance and Pets Best Health Insurance did exactly what they said they would by covering the treatment and care as stated in the upfront insurance coverages agreement and the reimbursement was received within a week of submitting the claim. For someone who is usually a skeptic, when it came to trusting an insurance company, I was pleasantly surprised. Without the pet insurance, I am not sure I would be able to afford the vet bill out of pocket with no assistance. Pets Best took care of 90% of the vet bill which was a huge financial relief. I would absolutely recommend Pets Best Pet Health Insurance to others.

Reimbursements
I recently submitted copies of purchased prescription medication for my dog who has Cushings disease. I received an email from Embrace indicating they need more information in order to process the reimbursement. I called Embrace and they needed an original copy of the Vet's prescription in order to process my reimbursement. After we resolved that issue, the agent was very helpful and stated they would now fast track my reimbursement process. Embrace has always worked to ensure the customer has the best outcome possible. We feel very fortunate to have made a good choice insuring our little dog with Embrace Pet Insurance.
