Ease of mind for me and my 2 cats
This is my second time receiving reimbursement for an emergency health issue with one of my 2 cats. The first time was about a year and a half ago, and it went very smoothly and really made a difference for my boy Rory. This time, it was Rosco with an emergency and I felt secure knowing PetsBest was so great to me last time. This time I got reimbursed even faster as well, within only a few days. They denied all three claims they were…
They denied all three claims they were supposed to cover because of "pre-existing conditions" even though my vet wrote letters there is nothing related and not even same spots or issues. They raised without notifying us $10 more a month and ignored my emails for weeks when I asked the reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
