Peace of mind for my pets
I’ve had Pets Best for years, and I’m so thankful I chose them. It’s honestly been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I call, the team is helpful, patient, and answers all my questions. Claims are processed quickly and smoothly, which makes such a difference when you’re focused on your pet’s health. I recommend Pets Best to everyone I know. I even have a young pup at home who’s been insured since he was a puppy, and I’ll continue to insure all my pets with them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Outstanding service
Outstanding service! We’re so thankful for Healthy Paws! It’s such a relief knowing our four-legged baby is truly cared for. We went through multiple emergency visits and many days of hospital stays in a short time, and they covered everything without any hassle. Their support during such a stressful time meant so much to us. The app is also easy to use... submitting invoices and getting reimbursed was effortless. The team is so kind, responsive, and truly cares. We’re beyond grateful and highly recommend Healthy Paws!

I just signed my puppy Marty up with Fetch Pet Insurance. Justin helped me understand a lot about the company, what’s covered and what’s not. He also said it’s easy to get reimbursed for things that are covered. He was very nice and friendly.

Considering Switching
The response time for Embrace is great, but like any insurance company, they are always looking to tie claims to preexisting conditions which in some situation aren't the case. Just because one of multiple symptoms may be a preexisting condition, shouldn't make the entire claim tied to that one condition. For example my pup had a pancreatis attach which resulted in numerous tests, medications, and a hospital stay. Because he had diarrhea for a portion of the 5 days he was in and out of the hospital, the entire $4500 claim was denied. The nausea wasn't diarrhea related, the ultrasounds, xrays, food enticing medication, multiple pain relievers, all had absolutely nothing to do with diarrhea, yet the entire claim was denied with the rationale of preexisting diarrhea. This is frustrating and feels like railroading. I've actually considered switching insurance companies because of it. Reply: I did reach out to fight the claim and to better understand why none of it was approved. I was told because he had diarrhea during the course of his stay the claim decision wouldn't change.
