Forever grateful for Trupanion
In the 11 years I’ve had my dog he’s never been sick, until one day he was suddenly, critically ill. Knowing he was covered by Trupanion made every decision a little easier, not having to worry about affording his care. He was treated by two different ER hospitals and a specialist for surgery. One hospital was able to work directly with my insurance which made things seamless. I was able to submit my invoices online from the other facilities and receive reimbursement promptly, which was directly deposited in my bank. My dog survived his sudden illness, and Trupanion quickly stepped up and paid for most of his care. I am forever thankful.

When I called
When I called, the nice customer service lady explained to me how to submit supporting documentation and the reason why the Met Life app would only accept 2 photos on my claim. I had no problem submitting the documentation by email.
