My pup's surgery and claim process
My dog Tami had to have surgery for a worrisome condition. Luckily, it was successful, though it would have been difficult to afford it without the insurance from Healthy Paws. Like all my previous experience with Healthy Paws, the claim was settled promptly and met all of my expectations for coverage. It was a happy surprise when the folks at Healthy Paws emailed me to check on her and wish her well. In terms of the processing, I wish I could have Healthy Paws for my own insurance--so much better than any human insurance I have ever had. I submitted the claim and within a couple of days it was processed and I had my payments deposited directly into my account. There are never any lost claims or delays.

After researching several pet insurances, Embrace impressed me the most.
The agent was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I just signed up for Embrace for my two dogs after Fetch Pet sent me an email that my insurance was going to go up to over $500 a month. Also Fetch Pet charged the deductible for every event whereas Embrace charges the deductible once per year which is the way it should be.

You guys are the best
You guys are the best. I really like the app. It is so easy to use and track your claim. The only thing I would say that would make things easier is you can only load 10M files which is only 2 photos so you have to make multiple claims if need. That that is minor to the good service you guys provide. I also like that you have multiple programs like 70%,80% to 90% pay out.

Very Informative and Enjoyable Conversation with Fetch Pet Advisor, Aileen!
I called Fetch Pet Insurance to ask a few questions before I decided to sign up. Fortunately, I was connected to Aileen who very knowledgeable, professional, and a very nice person all-around! She listened carefully and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She did not try to "sell anything to me", she let me lead the conversation. It was a very positive experience! Thank you, Aileen!

Our three dogs give 11/11 paws up (one only has 3 legs)
With our newest adoptees, beginning in 2019 we switched to using Embrace from another well-known pet insurance company that changed underwriters and became more difficult to process claims through. Embrace had the same coverage and similar pricing, but stood out for the excellent customer service. It could not be more clear what the exclusions are per pet, what they consider pre-existing for each pet, etc. I appreciate that there is no wondering what will or won't be covered! The refunds are very efficient, sometimes as quick as the same day!

Too hard to deal with now
You have become increasing more difficult to deal with. Not linking claims appropriately & trying not to cover things you should be. Making me waste time to call & sit on hold then to argue with someone. I will NOT be getting Trupanion again!!! We will be choosing another company for sure when we expand our fur family. Trupanion sucks.
