Great Insurance Slow claims processing
This is great insurance. Easy to use and file a claim. It takes forever to get the claim processed. Literally weeks. But if you can wait to get reimbursed its worth it.
Pets Best Insurance
I have had Pets Best for 3 of my dogs, and so far, the hardest part is submitting the paperwork required. I am glad I have them because I have been able to recuperate money I otherwise would not have been able to. My vet asked about the insurance, and I will give her Pets Best information because they help owners.

Aileen was pleasant and professional
Aileen was pleasant and professional. i’ve spent over $6000.00 with your company to insure my other dog Nala and i’ve never submitted a claim so I was hoping to get a better quote for my second dog Zeus. If Aileen has no discretion negotiating the price then I give her 5 stars. I’m getting less coverage at a higher price for my second dog.

disappointment
I filed a claim on August 23, 2025-to date have heard NOTHING except more information was needed about 3 weeks after original claim submitted and after i had to make an inquiry as to status of claim. Information was sent and i have heard nothing so probably canceling shame
