When I signed up they requested my dogs…
When I signed up they requested my dogs history needless to say didn’t know they hadn’t received it until I needed to use their insurance and are unreasonably denying to pay for a lump deemed nothing to worry about from two vets, so now will not cover bumps or cancer this is how they get out of coverage. Very unhappy . Beware

I just got Spot insurance this year. I have already had to submit claims for my 2 year old dog☹️ The claims process has been very easy and payment received back has been quick. I do pay a higher amount monthly, but it has been absolutely worth it.
