The claim process was seamless
The claim process was seamless. I submitted my claim with documentation needed , and in two days I had a notice of completion. Following week received the reimbursement check , which enabled me to make a large payment toward the charges on my care credit card for the hospital care, thank you

Easy Process When It Needs to Be
Having a sick pet is bad, but a complicated claims filing process makes it worse. This is NOT the case with Pets Best. The process was simple...answer a few questions and download supporting documents. They keep you informed during the approval process and send a detailed email when the claim is completed. I am a huge advocate for pet insurance, and highly recommend Pets Best.
