Thankful for pumpkin
I'm super glad to have pet insurance, my experience with Pumpkin has been great. I've submitted two claims in my time with them and both have been reviewed and reimbursed basically immediately. My cat recently had a urinary blockage from bladder stones, something I wasn't expecting since she's a girl, and when the vet told me she needed surgery it was a no brainer. She said we could try a lower cost option, but it would have been gradual, not guaranteed to work, and my girl would've kept suffering till it worked, and I'm so glad I have Pumpkin so I didn't even have to consider that option. I wanted whatever got her feeling better faster, so we went with surgery, and now she's on the mend and I've still got money in my bank account. Highly recommend!

The first contact I had was really good. Then when I called to actually sign up I felt I was not being treated very well. The individual helping me made me feel like they didn't want to be bothered. I have had your ins for 14 yrs prior and things have changed a lot I guess with the new policy I am getting, I almost decided to look elsewhere I contacted the billing dept the next day and had a very good experience with the lady I spoke with. She helped me get things staightened out and was very helpful. I give her a 5 star rating!

I have multiple dogs and I have had Figo for a few years for all my dogs. One of my dogs became very ill suddenly and was diagnosed having T-cell Lymphoma and had to be hospitalized. The docs recommended chemo. My bill for him is over $15K and I promptly submitted all the invoices along with the hospital records at Figo's request. First round of claim was submitted three weeks ago, still in review. The second round of claim, of course, still in review. No past cancer history. They must know people need reimbursement to continue pay for the critical treatment for their beloved family member. I have been told they now have "everything" for the last 10 days. It is very frustrating... I don't know if Costco is aware of people's complaints about Figo.
