We had a somewhat rocky start with pre-ex but worked it all out to our mutual satisfaction. Staff is extremely pleasant and quick to respond. Claim payment is excellent. If you're unsure about this insurance, let me say how easy it is to file a claim and how quickly it's paid...usually 3-4 days. That's amazing. You're also offered the option to either keep the current coverage or reduce it. Either way, Embrace will work with you to find the right answer for you and your pet(s).

Upon submitting the claim for my dog, the App froze up a few times. After this happened twice, I closed the App and resubmitted the claim and it worked like a charm.

I have had Pets Best for quite a while
I have had Pets Best for quite a while. I have filed claims over the years but this year my Springer has had an awful year health wise. Several large surgeries and issues in between. You have paid the claims and your customer service reps are always willing to help when I have questions. So glad I chose your company. Thanks
