Highly Recommend
I have had 4 dogs insured through Trupanion. The last two I called them on the way home from picking them up to bring them home. I have had a dog with two major long term illnesses and they have covered both for years with no surprises. They are professional and compassionate. I couldn’t be more pleased with Trupanion.

Not happy with Wellness Plan
I am not happy with the coverage of the Wellness plan. I have had Pets Best Insurance for the fifth year now. The insurance cost have been going up every year which I understand but the wellness plan's benefit coverage had stayed same at $305 since 2021. Due to inflation, the costs of annual check, flea/tick prevention, vaccines, blood exam, etc. have all gone up. I called customer service a few times asking for corporate to review this but had not seen any wellness benefit coverage improvement. Please review and adjust the coverage. Thank you.
